Roza Sagitova embarked on her academic journey, obtaining a B.Ed in Foreign Languages (English philology) from Y.A. Buketov Karaganda State University in Kazakhstan in 2010. Complementing her education, she participated in the Work and Travel USA program in 2009, gaining international exposure.

PROFESSIONAL ENDEAVORS:

Roza has diversified professional experiences, starting as an English Language Instructor at "OlIs" language school in Semey, Kazakhstan, from August 2012 to August 2017. She contributed to curriculum development, teaching English to various proficiency levels, and preparing students for IELTS.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Roza pursued a Master's in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) at Nazarbayev University, graduating in June 2018 with a remarkable GPA of 3.97/4.0. Her internship projects at Shakarim State University involved strategic development, accreditation, and quality management.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

In August 2018, Roza transitioned to academia as a Senior Lecturer at M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University in Astana, Kazakhstan. Her roles included curriculum development, supervising student projects, and active participation in research and ethics committees. Additionally, she served as a Research Assistant at Nazarbayev University from January 2021.
