Dr. Baratedi's diverse professional experiences include roles such as Nurse/Midwife, Recruitment Officer, and Officer Commanding (Administrator) at the Botswana Defence Force (BDF). He served as a Senior Lecturer II at Bamalete Lutheran School of Nursing and currently holds the position of Lecturer at the University of Botswana since August 2015.
