🎓 Education
Md. Kazi Hafizur Rahman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the Department of Management Studies at the University of Barishal, graduating in 2024 with a stellar CGPA of 3.96 out of 4.00. His thesis explored the integration of Artificial Intelligence in HRM, focusing on its impact on efficiency, inclusivity, and sustainable competitive advantage. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in the same department with a CGPA of 3.72 in 2023. Earlier academic milestones include a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Govt. Currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Global Village (UGV), Barishal since October 2024, Kazi Hafizur Rahman combines academic rigor with impactful community engagement. As an Independent Researcher, he has authored numerous scholarly articles published in top-tier journals indexed in WoS, Scopus, and ABDC, while also serving as a reviewer for IEEE Access and similar outlets. He has contributed to multiple UGC-funded research projects as a Research Assistant, focusing on tourism development and climate change impact on coastal economies. From 2018 to 2024, he was affiliated with the Daily Dokhiner Somoy, progressing from Campus Correspondent to News Editor, while also managing editorial content for the education-focused page “Somoyer Sikkha.” In addition, he has facilitated leadership and civic training programs with the British Council, The Hunger Project, and others, and led social action projects with international recognition, including an award-winning initiative at COP-26.

Kazi Hafizur Rahman was a Co-Principal Investigator for a research project titled “Leveraging AI to Attain Sustainable Performance through Knowledge Management and Innovation”, which was granted BDT 5,00,000 by Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) under the AIRG program in 2025. He co-led the COP-26-recognized social action project on sustainable urban environmental management. His leadership roles include serving as President of the Management Studies Association (2021-2022), General Secretary of Barishal University Press Club (2022-2024), and multiple key positions in student and social organizations such as CRC Foundation, SERAC Bangladesh, and Bangladesh Human Rights Commission, Barishal Unit.
