Dr. Seyma Bayazit is an Assistant Professor at Mugla Sitki Kocman University in Turkey, specializing in maritime transportation, port ranking, port vulnerability, climate change impacts on ports, and coastal area management. She previously served at Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University. She holds a Ph.D. in Maritime Transportation Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has conducted research at Universitat PolitĆØcnica de Catalunya through the Erasmus Mundus Fund.
