Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nomali Z. Ngobese is an accomplished researcher specializing in plant physiology, crop science, and sustainable agricultural systems, with extensive contributions to food security, climate-smart agriculture, and postharvest technology. Her work at North-West University’s School of Geo and Spatial Sciences integrates environmental management with crop biodiversity and community-centered food innovation. She has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals, focusing on potato physiology, postharvest quality enhancement, nutrient management, and underutilized crops such as Amaranthus and Moringa.
