Seyi Segun Stephen embarked on his academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree of Technology (B.Tech) in Quantity Surveying from The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria, from January 2014 to December 2019. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies (Masters) in Construction Management at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Stephen is a competent graduate assistant and a consistent researcher in the built environment, specializing in sustainable construction in the era of the fourth industrial revolution (4IR). He has authored publications and actively participates in conferences and seminars related to architecture, engineering, construction, and operation (AECO), as well as science, technology, engineering, and management (STEM).
